Sébastien Schapira


Member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Sébastien Schapira‘s practice focuses on criminal law and commercial litigation.

Sébastien Schapira holds a Master’s degree in English and American Business Law from La Sorbonne (University Paris I) and a Master’s degree from Science Po (Paris Institute of Political Studies) specializing in Economics and Finance. He also studied at Trinity College in Dublin.

Prior to founding his own private practice Sébastien Schapira was associated with Pierre Haïk and Jacqueline Laffont.

Sébastien Schapira has taught at Science Po’, and given preparatory classes for entry exams to the National School for Judgeships (ENM) at the Paris University ( Assas) Law School.

Sébastien Schapira founded and is Past President of the Lawyers Association of Science Po (AJSP) and a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association (ADAP).

Sébastien Schapira recognized by the Legal 500 EMEA, 2020 Ed., as a "Next generation lawyer" in white-collar crime.

In 2018, Sébastien Schapira is 11th GQ's most powerful lawyers ranking.
